Terms of Service

Welcome to Trimmr. By using the Trimmr mobile application or website (the "Service"), provided by Trimmr LLC ("Trimmr", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Using Trimmr

Trimmr connects clients with independent barbers. We don't employ barbers and we don't perform the services booked through the app. Each appointment is a direct agreement between the client and the barber.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login information secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Bookings & payments

When you book through Trimmr, you agree to show up at the scheduled time or cancel within the barber's stated window. In-app payments are processed by our payment partners; Trimmr does not charge booking commission to barbers.

4. Content

Barbers retain ownership of the photos and videos they upload. By uploading content, you grant Trimmr a non-exclusive license to display it inside the app.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Trimmr after changes means you accept the new terms.
